Sports Image International stands behind our products. This pledge applies to any products purchased on our website.

Returns/Replacements
Any damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defect or error must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of product.

In order for the refund or replacement to occur, we will:

  1. Send a return services label to you through the mail.
  2. Attach this mail label to the package the order arrived in (or comparable packaging) and ship back to us at no charge to you.
  3. When we receive your order back, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your card.
  4. If the merchandise is going to be switched for new merchandise, a new order will be placed in the system and the order will be sent out within 5 business days.
  5. Your card will be charged for the new merchandise (after we credit your card for the returned merchandise) and shipping will be free.

If you do not want to wait to receive any replacement merchandise:

  1. We can enter the order up front and charge your card, and
  2. Issue the refund when the original merchandise is received.

Call (800) 853-5278 to be issued a Return Authorization number. We will put a new order into the system with the new item and charge your card. Send the merchandise back to us and we will refund your card for the merchandise ONLY on the original order. You are responsible for all shipping charges.


In cases of purchase from a third-party retailer, the return policy would be that of the place of purchase.
